How to Tie John Popplewell’s Stingray Rig

by David Proudfoot

This stingray rig is designed to fish a large ragworm bait for stingray, the 1/0 hooks may seem on the small side but the stingray has a comparatively small mouth for its size.

By using pennel rigged hooks the worm bait is attractively presented rather than sliding down the hook in to a blob.
