Result: North of Scotland Sea Angling Championship, Scrabster

The northern port of Scrabster played host to this annual charter boat event. Pollack proved the prevalent species, with fish falling to both lures and baits. EFSA Scotland Chairman, Joe Connolly was a popular winner, finishing clear of Bryce Watson in second. Joe fished frozen sandeel to good effect, while Bryce relied on black firetail lures.

Bryce claimed both the heaviest fish and best specimen with a 13½lb reef pollack. The two-man team trophy went to Scott Gibson and Hughie Smith.
