Cod For Lucky Lancashire Locals

Most anglers are complying with the Covid guidance and very few people are out fishing on the Lancashire coast. For those lucky enough to stay near the shore there are a few decent sized cod being landed.

Thomas James was out at low water again the other morning after no success the previous night. Conditions weren’t great and the wind was bitter but a cod of 7lb 14oz made it worth while.

Dave Brown did it again, when fishing low water at night he picked up a cod of 6½lb on the flood, his over 6lb this winter to date.
