Steady Fishing On Lancashire Coast

by Jordan Russell

lancashire latest news logoFishing is still very steady considering it’s normally a bad time of year, there have certainly been more cod than previous years.

Fleetwood and District Angling Club fished their latest match on the Gynn Wall where it was a bit cold but calm enough sea. 21 anglers fished the match which was for the best combined flatfish and round fish.

Although almost every one caught fish, only just over half had one of each. The fishing was predominantly small dabs and whiting.
