Following the success of the premier show, the 2009 North East Sea Angling and Boat Show will take place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October. Doors will be open from 10am until 5pm on the Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. Entry fee is a very reasonable £3 per head with under 12s free when with an adult.
Many of the exhibitors from our first show have re-booked and we thank them for their support … and there are several new and valued exhibitors, whom we would like to thank and welcome to the show.
Steve Souter and the guys from PlanetSeaFishing web magazine will be there throughout the two days to answer your questions on all aspects of sea angling.
Among the other exhibitors will be the premier sea angling magazine, Total Sea Fishing, boat manufacturers and suppliers, rod and reel manufacturers, lure manufacturers, holiday companies, local tackle suppliers, four-wheel drive suppliers, On Line TV, the organisers of the European Open Beach Championships and several charter boat skippers – in fact, something for everyone.
The R.N.L.I. will be carrying out safety checks, free of charge, for boat owners who bring their life jackets to the show and will also be giving demonstrations on the correct use and handling of distress flares.
Several boats and four-wheel drive vehicles will be on display and representatives from the Companies will be available to answer any queries on boat handling and safety, etc.
The conservatory has been reserved and talks and presentations, together with ‘question and answer’ sessions will be given throughout the two days.
Refreshments and meals will also be available in the upstairs lounge throughout the two day event.
