After the slim pickings of last week’s match at Gt Yarmouth (South), as a stand in for Walcott, hopes were high with a back to the -2 degrees C, shingle, clear night and the high tide of Kelling. 23 fished so a lot of pegging for Neil. Best wishes go to John Gent who missed last night due to planned surgery, and a big welcome to Jason Wrona who fished his first match last night.
With only one more match after this one the winter league is in its final stages. Stats will be scrunched for:
- Overall 1st/2nd/3rdfor the winter league
- Greatest number of fished blanks (Barry Iseton trophy)
- Biggest winning weight score of the league
- Biggest flat of the league
- Biggest round of the league

Congratulations Nathan – cracking performance! second position (with 300 points) fell to Simon Bottomley helped by picking up biggest round fish with a rare 41cm cod, with third position (with 298 points) falling to Duane Lockwood. Nobody else came near to Nathan’s score.
