Mick McArthur, the chair of the Larkfield First Glasgow Depot fishing club submitted these photos recently. The club members had a great session aboard Game On out of Stranraer and Mariusz Siwozad in particular enjoyed his trip.
Mariusz landed the first tope of the year and followed this up with a nice bull huss. The icing on the cake for him was a common skate with an estimated weight of 130 – 150lb which gave an excellent account of itself for 55 minutes before being photographed and returned.
The crew also scooped out a passing sunfish in the landing for some rare close up photos.
